Thom Hartmann did a segment on one of his shows discussing why there was no “Right to Privacy” in the constitution: at the time of the writing of the constitution, “privacy” specifically meant using the toilet! No need to incorporate that as a right, I guess…

I’ve always wondered – is Guiseppe really a name, and if so, how common is it? It’s hard to google for it, but someone here always seems to know something about just about anything I ask about, so I’ll try it here.
(This may, or may not, be just a roundabout way to say “I wonder if the caption maker misspelled the name”. :p )

It’s the equivalent of Joseph in Italian. I’ve met one Giuseppe so I guess it is a real name. Then there’s Giuseppe Verdi and Giuseppe Zanotti.

The strange thing is, if I go to Facebook and look for people named “Guiseppe” there are a few. So either they typo their own name, or their parents typod it when they named them, or … Maybe it’s becoming a proper name because so many people spell it that way? *boggles*
