I was wondering where my living room curtains went to.
It may look like curtains to you, but I bet he is more comfortable in that than any of those dudes in suits and ties. Heck, I would rather drape myself in a curtain that to wear a tie.
Reminds me of that scene in The Last Samuri, “Bob, no wonder you are so angry, they make you wear a dress.”
As Scarlett O’Hara showed us, curtains can be viable formal wear; maybe he’s a fan.
He’s probably way comfortable until he gets up and trips. Probably can’t run fast either.
Toga! Toga! Toga!
toga 2000!
You should be glad they’re no longer in your living room….
I can’t imagine what color furniture you must have if it matches orange…
And not just any orange… THAT orange…
It matches the plaid couch.
And the avocado green shag carpeting?
That’s just the cat vomit.
“I just saw it in the window and had to have it…”
Carol Burnett FTW!
YAY!!
I heard somewhere that the laugh produced by her appearance at the top of the stair combined with this line was one of the longest in television history.
Another long laugh was on All in the Family when Archie was kissed by Sammy Davis, Jr.
The tiles behind him might be easy to clean, if ever covered with blood and brain parts…
They’re also just as tasteless as the curtains. Will green marble ever come back into fashion? I hope not.
Why does this Libyan dude feature yet again? I’m gettin sick of him and his curtains.
Fotochop! I mean, just look at the pixelation on that green vertical surface!
No, that’s splattered brain matter. Sorry.
Chop, chop, chop!
*fondly reminisces about the French revolution*
Is it just me or is the voting system closed down? I haven’t been able to vote on anything for ages..
Isn’t there a little Muammar in all of us?
I Gues no ^-^
If there is then it’s with out consent. *shudders*
What has Gene Simmons done now?

*headdesk* Ladies and gentlemen, our educational system at work.
I think I died a little inside when I read that.
i also died a little then i realised u were talkn bout someone educated in America and then i felt soo much better
I’m a 14-year old, educated in America, and know more about quantum physics than you ever will.
he has smoking “Guns” weeeee
For your information this is the Libyan traditional costume and boy it is more expensive and hard to make then a suite and i am just proud to see it in the UN.
Just tell me when the last time your head of state wear a traditional costume?
And you know something it is comfortable very comfortable and we defeated the Italian invasion and we was wearing it.
Excuse my English if it is bad.
A friend from Libya
I read this post as you making a point about it not being asshattish to wear traditional garb, which I agree with. I think, however, that there are issues with any dictatorship that makes people think dictators are facepalm-worthy whatever they wear.
In general, though, I am sorely disappointed in the latest trend of mocking Khadaffi for his clothes, his preferred abode and other superficial nonsense.
So what traditional garb should the US President wear?
A suit?
If only the guy sitting up there had thought of taking that pitcher of water and gently pouring it all over the orange loon… to cool down he-who-is-dressed-in-drapes a bit… one can only dream…
