Could you please stop preaching? If you care about universal health care so much, stop bitching about it to people on comments of a LOL site and because a politician or a lobbyist. This goes for everyone who’s being obnoxious, not just this one person – I just couldn’t tag them all. The person was just listing one fact in their way of thinking – do you have to contradict that? Let people have their own opinion and stay in your own business. You aren’t convincing people of your opinion, you’re just annoying them.

But by that logic, there’s only *one* serious choice, because there’s only one candidate who will win. If voting for someone is a waste merely because they’ll lose, if that’s your rationale, then isn’t the only feasible way to choose who to vote for to guess who’s going to win anyways, then vote for them? In which case, why vote at all, since you already think they’re going to win?

Refusing to vote for someone because you don’t think they’ll win is terribly illogical. (Unless you’re concerned about vote-stealing, which is not necessarily the case).
