I’m pretty sure Brazil is one of the states on the East coast. I don’t know why they have their own President though. I think Lula is a Hawaiian name so he’s probably one of Obama’s relatives. As for Placio do…something, they’ll probably send them back to Mexico; so, don’t worry.

I guess this photo was taken during Lula’s last visit in Italy, some weeks ago.
