I think they do, yes- at least in the past- we are the most delinquent- we owe the most, and we are the most past due—on the other hand, we provide a larger portion of equipment and human resources for missions, and you do not get credited to your account for that- so it is not simple…
The question is, what is it that we are paying for? As broke as we are right now, does any investment in the UN provide a justifiable ROI? Perhaps we should provide the option of allowing everyone to go hate us elsewhere for a bit. Those facilities could surely be bidded out to friendlier tenants.
