I actually did wear two different shoes to work once; one brown and one black. I was pretty sick.
Me too, on a really stressful week. –but mine were one black and one blue. Although neither were as silly looking as the shoes in this picture!

I’m pretty sure the captioner knew it was the same shoes, but the angle of the photo makes it work for a quick joke. I think it’s funny people keep using that fact as if no one else could figure it the hell out, instead of just giggle at the joke anyways.

Well, to be honest, it’s quite possible she was just resting and took her heels off & put these on instead. When I’m at work I’ll take my heels off & put on my flip flops to go for a walk or while I’m behind my desk where the public can’t see my feet.
Yeah, looks like the “shoes I brought with me to wear when I’m not having to be in front of anyone talking so I can actually walk at the end of the day” shoes.
I feel almost bad for noticing this, but those shoes have heels. I believe they are called wedges or something of the sort? I’m not expert on women’s shoes, but those things are definitely elevated. It is hard to tell, so I don’t blame you for not noticing.
I found it easy to tell with the right foot. The left foot’s heel is a little harder to see though.
