As for the pic, reminds me of my job with my boss being that guy that’s front and center. That would be with the binoculars looking for a better position.
It looks like he got his coat from the Women’s section. In the 80’s. Nothing but the finest London Fog coat for Kim Jong-Il.

The issue was that the shadows of the soldiers and of the leader were at different angles. The article has a good shot of the photo.
And yet *this* photo has the shadows looking pretty much the same. And the black line that was missing has been restored.
True, I hadn’t noticed that. The soldiers in the 2 photos are different as well.
