The Pope is kind of scary-looking to begin with (the sunken eyes make the smile really creepy), but add the idea that he could fly… Yeeek. *hides under a table*
What I love is that, with the angle this picture was taken at, it totally looks like he’s about to dive off/ take off from a building.

I promise I am not trying to be disrepectful to the Pope or Catholics, but seriously, why does the Pope look *scary* in every picture I’ve seen of him? All he’s missing is a flaming sword.
I was thinking he was missing dark robes and fangs. Always looks like he is going to eat human flesh or drink blood. Creeps me out.
Yeah, either one would strike fear into your heart. Maybe he’s just an unphotogenic guy, and really old, but seriously, I would expect the pope to look a little more mellow and Jesus-like.
I would just prefer less diabolical intent in his eyes.
