The Life Tape on the pregnant stomach is a symbolism that the child is alive, and has been from the moment it was conceived.

The tape over her mouth is a symbol of unborn children not having a voice, and we are visually standing in their place. Our purpose is to pray, not scream and shout at people and cause fights.

The organizers of Bound4Life (Lue Engle from the Call) were wise when organizing this prayer event. The tape encourages silence and prayer. This is a rather heated subject, and can fetch some heated vocal battles. One event I was at we got shouted at a lot, it was easier to remember our reason for being there with the tape. It’s a symbol and a reminder. We’re there to pray.

We vote only for those against abortion, not along party lines. Heck if a democrat was against abortion, he’d get my vote, though generally I vote republican.

We’re not teaching women to not make mistakes, we are teaching them to kill their babies when they’re not wanted, and oh look the problem went away. It is a human from beginning to end, whether or not you like that. That is a fact–pro-choice biologists have said as much. Read any medical book, and it will say “life is a continuum.” In order to have “dead fetii” (which is not a word, just goes to show you how uneducated the “choice” supporters really are) you have to have something living. It is a living human being, at that stage of life. Abortion is not birth control. It is gruesome, it is selfish, and it is sick.

I believe in choice. I do NOT believe that abortion is a choice. I am pro-life, pro-sex, pro-birth control, pro-adoption, pro-responsibility. Killing your unborn child for the sake of your own life because you made some selfish choices is not okay. But in order to really fix this problem, in order to really solve this, all the pro-abortion supporters would have to admit they have been making the most grotesque and horrifying mistake in the history of the world–killing baby humans for money, and putting them in the incinerator, in the name of liberty. How is that not gruesome?

A pro-choice woman becomes pregnant and this “fetus” becomes a “baby.” It’s magic! She’ll stop smoking and drinking! Because she doesn’t want to “hurt the baby!” Why? Suddenly, it’s a life worth protecting! Because it’s wanted! Hypocrisy all around us.

Just to qualify this statement: I am (I repeat) a pro-life liberal, a vegetarian, agnostic, Democrat, rape survivor, single mother. Do not put me in a box, do not call me “anti-choice” and do not ever try to justify the killing of a baby.

As a pro-life liberal, I believe in birth-control. I also believe that abortion is NOT a form of birth control, and should not be a choice. It involves blood. We need to educate ourselves, our children, women around the world, about pregnancy and how to prevent it. But we simply cannot tell women that they can dispose of their unborn babies like garbage because the mere existence of that baby puts a damper on the mother’s “destiny.”

To use arguments about forcing women to have babies they don’t want, or the idea that there will be all these babies running around unwanted is to be ignorant of the real issue. We are not looking at this issue for what it really is, and it is only pro-life groups who DO show concern and support for women who make their “Choice.” It is the “choice” groups who believe that abortion is the only way out. Why? Because it’s how they make their money. They even ignore–and even MAKE FUN OF–women who have been traumatized by their abortion. As for choice: You have the choice to have sex. When you choose to have sex, you have the choice to use birth control. If a child is conceived, you DO NOT have the choice (ethically) to abort the human that now exists because of your previous choices. That’s not choice. That’s not freedom. That’s selfishness and it’s grotesque. It teaches that violence is a means to an end, to get what you want. You don’t want something, even a baby human that never asked to be created in the first place? No worries–just kill it and throw it in the incinerator. All in the name of “choice” and “freedom.”

This isn’t a semantic right. This is blood. This is a woman’s blood and her child’s blood.

I’m a pro-life liberal vegetarian Democrat (though I do eat fish, I know, I’m a total hypocrite)….I don’t believe in humans killing humans in any way at all. I’m against the war, I am a rape survivor, and a single mother. Truth be told, if the “fetus” or “blob” or “tissue” really really really wasn’t a human being, I’d be all for this “right.” But it’s a human, because life is a continuum. There is a beginning and an end. The beginning is when it comes into existence and the end is when it dies. The “fetus” (a Latin term of endearment, meaning “little one”) is a human being at that stage of life. It is just a term. The choice arguments rely solely on semantics and word-play and phrases like “women die” and “our bodies” and “our freedom” to support a gruesome, horrific act. If we were not killing little human beings, I would be the first in line yelling at the top of my lungs for this “right.” But we are support the legal murder of innocent human lives so that women can….what? Keep their boyfriends? Keep their jobs? Buy more shoes? We are not looking at what CAUSES a woman to seek an abortion, and NONE of those who go on and on about “choice” will help a woman who CHOOSES to keep her child.

The Supreme Court got it wrong, just like they got it wrong with slavery. We’ve made so many advancements in science that we now know that these little babies are BABIES, with hearts and hands and heads, and ears…..and by the time the woman takes her pregnancy test, that baby’s heart is beating. Women who see their baby on the ultrasound don’t want to abort, that’s why the “choice” advocates turn the screen away.

Margaret Sanger, who founded Planned Parenthood, was openly critical of abortion. She was not an abortion advocate. She was, however, a Nazi sympathizer and a supporter of eugenics.

Lies, lies, lies. Pro-choice lies. Mothers used to sacrifice their lives for their children. Now they sacrifice their children to keep their own lives status quo, in the name of “choice.” Horrifying.

Whether you are pro life or pro choice, I think you basically have to agree with that. Because pro choice is not the same as pro abortion, and pro life does not mean you like to see the suffering that happens when someone has to keep a child they do not wish to keep.

They die from infections after natural miscarriages because they are too afraid to go the ER for fear of being accused of trying to cause an abortion.

They die when doctors don’t aggressively treat their medical issues when they are pregnant for fear of harming the fetus. (This almost happened to my mom-during one of her pregnancies before Roe vs Wade, she went to the ER with what turned out to be a tubal pregnancy, the doctors wouldn’t even talk to her after finding out she was pregnant, just hurried her out the door very fast. She bled very severely and literally almost died before a doctor would operate and remove the tube and ovary.)

They die when they don’t get the choice to abort or not when when carrying the child to term *might* kill them, but the doctor isn’t sure enough that this will happen that an abortion is allowed by law, and it turns out that it does kill them.

Whether you are pro life or pro choice, this seems a contradictory way to make the point that abortion is wrong, IMHO. If you really feel abortion is always wrong, shouldn’t you be emphazising the fact that YOU are using your voice to give one to the fetus that has none? And that others should, also?

I think it’s just another example of somebody trying to make a point but not quite doing it, you know, maybe a “logic fail”, or a “point fail”, regardless of if you agree with what she is attempting to say.

As I have posted elsewhere: “Why is it that when a foetus is injured or KILLED (which, you see, presumes that it was LIVING) in a car accident, the one found responsible for the accident can be charged with assault, manslaughter, and other related offenses? Just more on the list of legal doublethink.”

The few women I have known who admitted to having had abortions all considered themselves to have been damaged by it. Some by the process of getting one (one was 13 or 14 at the time and had to go before a board of 15 physicians in order to get their approval for the procedure); another had had multiple abortions and was consumed by visions (not literally, she wasn’t psychotic) of the children might have had.

“Informed consent” would mean making women aware of the possible consequences, and it JUST DOESN’T HAPPEN because it would undermine a considerable part of the left’s agenda.

THAT’S what is meant by exploitation.
