Sure, they rule… just about as effectively as Caligula of Rome or King James II of Britain.
That’s the sad part, they think they CAN rule and are so very bad at it!
*doesn’t get the joke* Blame public schools.
Wall St…You rule..at fail
I think they meant that literally…….like the Roman Empire.
Et tu, DOW JONES?
Yes, they rule… at looting entire economies.
Wall Street is definitely an easy target instead of the Clinton and Bush administrations that created and perpetuated the problem by encouraging Fannie and Freddie to approve risky loans to “boost” the economy in the short-term. Wall Street is the reason the US Economy can grow and companies need Wall Street as an imporant source of funding through stock sales. Without the stock market we’d all be a lot poorer. Blame Bush and Clinton for their bipartisan approach to f***ing us all over.
Okay.
And here I thought it was just a street!
This would only be ironic if Wall St. did NOT, in fact, rule this nation.
Wall St doesn’t rule the US; it’s only Goldman Sachs who do that.
Money talks…
Not as well as they had hoped since they are now asking for a handout.
Its all Palin’s fault.
Palin shoots a moose, stock market crashes over news.
film at 11
photoshopped but ironic
Can anyone make out what it says underneath the big print? It looks like “Presenting an idea as awesome as your PLANS WITHOUT ANNUAL CONTRACTS”. Does this make any sense?
probably some “Invest in stocks, don’t take your money to some saving plan”
Which would only add to the irony of course.
I think it’s “Presenting an idea as awesome as you. Plans without annual contracts.”
which does not help anyone’s self esteem at all. :\
err notice logo bottom left, ad for virgin mobile, FAIL for encouraging wall st.
i bet that if bush still had his presidency he’d blame the fall of the u.s economy on ‘the terrorists’. he’d probably say something like “the evil doers are costing us our precious money that we could have used for good. the war in I-Raq and Afghanistan is costing us money” and when told that in fact he invaded he’d probably say “yeah but they started it”
mark my words
It’s all because financial markets hate Freedom
