Actually they had on the news that just in the tri-county area I live in there was over $200,000 in unclaimed stimulus check’s. I think people only have until lie the 28th of October to send in the paper work to claim them or else it will be too late.

Well I was referring more to the fact that no Republican can win my state, let alone Ron Paul. And since he’s out of the race… well… having all those signs up seems really silly. Then again maybe its like christmas lights, just too hard to take em down. Though I do think he would have made an excellent VP choice. Would have made Thursday’s debate an embarassment for Biden, instead of it being the other way around like it is likely to be.

Actually… I don’t hate Ron Paul. I don’t agree with more than 10% of what he says, but he seems sincere, thoughtful, and patriotic. Kind of the way Grampy McSame looked in 2000, before he ignored the attacks on his family and started sucking up to Bush II.

If you had your tax return done by direct deposit, then your stimulus check has already been deposited to the same account!

If you didn’t get a tax return…then you don’t get a stimulus check.

If you had your return check sent by snail mail, and still haven’t been sent your check by mail…there’s most likely a problem and you need to pursue it!

Well, one time we had this guy named Chocola (who my family called Count Chocula) running for Congress and it was a heated race because they had recently redrawn the district lines and they weren’t sure if it was going to go Democrat or Republican. Well Chocola was a republican (and friend of Bush) and a bunch of my friends stole a bunch of Chocola signs and stuck them in our coworker’s (who is so NOT a republican) yard one night. We still refer to that as the day they Chocola’d his house. Ahhhhhh, good times.

I got mine. I’m a minor, so my parents still claim me as a dependent. As a result, I got a check for $2 from good ol’ Uncle Sam. How much did it take for them to send the thing to me, I wonder?

I didn’t cash it. I’m going to frame the thing with a caption of “Government Waste.” Honestly, if I knew it was going to be that little, I would have just told them to keep it!

It goes by ssn, but also by how you files your taxes. If you filed electronically, you’ll get it sooner. Of course, if you didn’t file, you don’t get one. You didn’t have to pay in, or even actually pay taxes(for those on welfare), but you did have to actually file.

Well this package is the equivalent of $2000 for every American, the stimulus was $300 or $600 per taxpayer who made over a certain threshold, so it was probably extremely small compared to this bailout.
