i dream of a day when our country is truly free (your minds!) and truly run on an ofthepeople-forthepeople-bythepeople basis, instead of “pick a side and endlessly insult each other” basis. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I AM?? here’s me: Guns are good but i don’t own one yet. i absolutely intend on having a few in the future they are important machines in this world and should be appropriately respected and learned. don’t you dare try to take them away from law abiding citizens. abortion should be up to the pregnant woman. it’s sad, but its just not any of your fucking business, government. please let me smoke weed! i just like it, and the tobbacco companies kill people all day long, but pot is “bad”. let me be an adult and pick my own poison, please? Ideally, all drugs should be legal. Maybe not specifically “legal” but they shouldn’t be a crime themselves. i only smoke pot and drink beer, but who am i to say someone cant snort coke or OD themselves on smack under a bridge somewhere? i got my own life to worry about. However, if you fuck up and rob someone or kill people cuz you couldn’t handle the drug you did, then you will be punished for your crime. Also, if you give heroin to an 8 year old, we (the citizens of this free country) can justifiably beat the living shit out of you. Have some discretion with your recreational drug use, people. I’m an atheist, in that i don’t have a BELIEF, but i do feel like we are part of something bigger. i’ll find out what when i die. or maybe i won’t? who knows? I think war is shitty and should be avoided at all costs. but sometimes, you just absolutely gotta hafta totally kick somebody’s ass. Like people that put bomb-vests on brainwashed teenagers. Epic Religion FAIL!!! (i know not all muslims are doin that, but still…) I think taxes are ok. It’s part of belonging to this great country. You won’t neccessarily lose my vote if you say you gotta tax me to get some schools built. STOP AMENDING THE CONSTITUTION!!! its like editing the ten commandments. its very flexible as it is, and the basic stuff about being able to defend ourselves, get fair trials, all being equal and freedom of religion (or lack thereof, you self-righteous religious nuts. atheists are people too!) and voting for our officials… what else do you need? it was perfect already. also, the electoral college? i’m not an expert on government, but screw this. EVERY SINGLE PERSON who votes should be counted, added up, candidate with the most votes wins. Simple right? I like simple. And screw electronic voting. i don’t care what century it is. computers mess up. they get hacked or paid off. i want to manually put ink on paper. i’ll even put my signature next to it. it doesn’t have to be anonymous, i’m not scared of someone knowing who i voted for. Don’t print up more money and hand it out to everyone to handle our recession. we are tough people and we will get through this without running our dollar into the ground. Quit bailing out industries, please. it sucks when people lose their jobs, but that’s what happens when you let companies go wild in a capitolistic society. some swim, some sink. we owe the rest of the world WAAAY too much money already. also, quit sending our jobs overseas! I don’t think the government should control companies, but if you are sending our dollars to other countries so you can save a buck and get richer, you are pissing me off, and someone should stop you. also, we should figure out a way to repay and respect the natives that we stole all this land from. i love this country, but face it, we stole, murdered, lied and cheated to get it. manifest destiny is religious empirical bullshit. god is not a white man, and we are all equal on this planet. i really wish we could do something collectively so the world doesn’t think we are all fat, selfish, spoiled pricks with a big military backing up all our selfish demands. i am a firm believer in turn-signals. please start using them, people!!! I could probably go on but, you get the idea. SOOOO anyway. if anyone knows what party i belong to, please let me know. i would really like to know. seriously. thanks and peace!
