Yeah, most of the pictures on here aren’t actually funny in context. The point is that with a caption not IN context, they’re funny.
What were they going to do, try an reason with him? The man caused extensive damage and he wasn’t about to surrender.

It was only a matter of time before he managed to kill someone. The fact that he did as much damage as he did without killing anyone is in fact an incredible amount of luck. I’m not sure what the operational range on one of those is, but it would probably have been a really long time before it ran out of gas.
I dunno if this makes me a bad person, but for me that makes it funnier.

Civilians driving tanks are required to have a concrete plug in the barrel and all the usual signals affixed to the vehicle.

This guy actually drove by the store I was working in back in 1995. He knocked down a lamp post on that street, as I recall. I was amazed that he was the only casualty. I don’t know if we ever found out just WHY he did this.
This guy was fail. He didn’t even use the main gun! Not once!
The gun wasn’t loaded. If you look at the news coverage, it shows that ammunition was kept in a different location, so he had nothing to fire.
