It’s Don Imus, the radio jock famous for calling Rutger’s mostly black women’s Basketball team a “bunch of nappy-headed ho’s.”
Also, most recently the context of a quote about Pacman Jones being arrested 6 times because he’s black was twisted by people out to get him fired. He was defending Pacman by saying that police were unfairly targeting him, but what some people heard was Imus denigrating black people.
No, his comments were interpreted correctly. His backspin afterwards to make it look like he was defending Pacman Jones was hysterical.
Doubtful. Imus is a retard but he isn’t dumb enough to make the same mistake twice.

The Imus case highlights Barack Obama’s hypocrisy on race issues. Obama wanted Imus sacked for his remarks — but at the same time, he was defending Jeremiah Wright, who had made even worse racist remarks, and more often.
