     A “high five” is an informal greeting used in the United States. It is stated by a person standing with their hand at or above shoulder level with the palm facing the recipient. The recipient is expected to slap that palm with the palm of their own hand.

     The intended humor is due to the guy in the picture is obviously saying the (Hindi? Urdu?) equivalent of, “Don’t taze me, bro!”
