Hey, another funny one. Maybe once Bush is out of office we can get back to the real funnys instead of a bunch of morons putting a random picture of Bush and then the equivalent caption of “BUSH SUCKS!! LOL!!”

None of them would, not even Bush. They have minions for that sort of thing.
That may not be true, given Putin’s history in the KGB, Hu’s lifelong membership in the party, I would not doubt it if we learned both of them had personally offed someone along the way. And if you really believe Bush has hit men out there ready to kill someone, you are an…wait, is that a knock on your door? Better hide.

Hu & Putin, OK. But why Singh?
Torture by the police is the main cause of deaths while held in police custody, the criminalization of homosexuality which is admittedly rarely enforced and depends on whether you would view that as a human rights abuse anyway, and those damn muslims (note sarcasm
) are kicking up a fuss against the hindu population, too.
I like India though as a country and as people. Their human rights arent ‘bad’, they could just be better.
Oh and before anyone points it out, I should point out that isnt the work of my sheer brilliant brain, only my brief knowledge topped up by the almighty wikipedia.

OK, point taken, but all things considered I would not call that blatant.
Also, admittedly Bush does not usually have his own people tortured and killed in custody, but torturing and killing human beings does not seem to be totally out of the question – even state sanctioned killing of prisoners in some states. As to criminalization of homosexuality he have kind of a checkered and fairly recent history, too. Muslim-Hindu tensions are bad, but his party is accused of favoring Muslims (or so says Wikipedia).
