  1. Blarg says:

That grad ceremony wasn’t gay (well, the weather was, but that’s a differnt kind of gay), it was AWESOME! We were laughing our asses off in the stands watching it. We we’re saying, What other President could you do that with? The answer, of course, is NONE.

    • Evil Pundit says:

      At last, an AWESOME President!

      • Mao says:

        We’re not serious, are we?

        • ROMAD says:

Yep, cause he has the balls to fight against terrorism. Have we been attacked since 9-11? (Yeah yeah yeah, 9-11 was an “inside job” that terrorists had nothing to do with. One idiot came up with the idea so I guess it’s true. Just look at the millions of dollars spent on 9-11 dvd’s and websites)

          • Lethal Larry says:

…and to think, the rest of us have the general impression that americans are, by and large, morons.

Now, where could we have gotten a notion like that…………….

          • John says:

No, we haven’t been attacked since 9/11, but we were attacked ON 9/11, despite lying traitor George W. Bush having been given advance warning two months before.

But, of course, like ever anti-American scumbag calling itself conservative, he had other priorities – big coke party in Crawford!

            • Blarg says:

Do you really think that’s a legitimate argument? There are rumors of “attacks” found ALL THE TIME. It’s a needle in a haystack that actually gets through all the way to execution and completion of the attack. Unfortunately, this needle just happened to be 9-11. But if they were to raise the alert level every time they got a threat, we would never leave martial law. Yes, they’re supposed to be perfect in catching these sorts of things, but just because one got through doesn’t make Bush a traitor, and to say that is about the stupidest thing you could do in this situation. Moron.

          • boom says:

man that is the lamest logic i ever heard no exceptions

          • IPG says:

“Have we been attacked since 9-11?” Yes, moron, on a daily basis in Iraq. Why buy expensive plane tickets and get tied up in complicated operations, if you can kill Americans conveniently at your own doorstep?

Other than that, why should Al Qaida attack in the US? Bush and his fellow nitwitts have taken care of making Jihad popular and the new recruits coming. Despite what the intelectually challanged talking heads on the “news” tell you, Islamist terrorism never had the aim of conquering the US.

      • Ceefax says:

I agree, the most awesome president ever. He made the Republicans so unelectable that Barack Obama is favourite to get into the White House, when he wouldn’t have had a cat in hells chance before Bush’s wrecking job.

        God bless George Bush!

  2. Maureen says:

    oh my god.

    Well, here’s the breakdown:
    1) Navy=not gay
    2) Not gonna be able to do that to McCain, he’ll break.
    3) Obama is more of a ‘fist pound’ kind of guy, but he will also cut funding to the military.

    Who to vote for?

    • Miss Q says:

      Obama, obviously.

    • Robert P says:

Um Obama has consistently voted to increase military spending and military pay. Get your facts straight.

      • JorgeThurgood says:

Consistently voted for how many years? oh yeah, only 3 1/2 freakin’ years as a U.S Senator. There is some experience for ya! But he really does not need it because if enough Americans can say “Hope” and “Change” fast enough then world peace will surely become a reality.

  3. Snarkygal says:

Uh-huhhhh, not gay… half-naked, wet men grabbing each others’ butts in order to climb a huge… *symbol*. A different kind of gay, indeed, Ensign Blarg.

  4. Nick Gill says:

Umm… the chest-bump graduation picture is of the Air Force Academy, so I really don’t get the joke at all.

  5. Joshua Dulaney says:

Wow…confusing the Navy with the Air Force….for shame!

  6. D'oh says:

I want to see the film from this chest bump, much better <3

    @Maureen:
    “1) Navy=not gay”
Ooo come on they’re ásking for it if you watch that video from those freshman, that’s sooo suggestive :P

  7. lowly grunt says:

This pic and caption are awesome!!
Twee Bush trying to establish manly cred by chest bumping with a bunch of graduating flyboys.
And to answer someone else’s question, Bush is the only President you would do this with because Bush is the only President who is this much of a boob.
Presidential dignity, ur doing it rong.

    • SZPT says:

Oh, yeah. ‘Cuz the prior president reeeaaally showed us how to do presidential dignity right? Cigar anyone?

      • Miss Q says:

At least he didn’t make your country the laughingstock of the entire free world.

        • Lethal Larry says:

no no – the president’s more of the icing on the cake, when it comes to that. It’s americans as a whole that make americans a laughingstock.

          • Danni says:

Some are, the ones that leve the country tend to be cool. I have met some nice and well educated Americans in my travels. (Not my travels to the US)
Bush on the other hand is doing everything he possibly can to give them a bad name.

          • Melody says:

If this were Failblog, you’d fail at stereotyping and generalizing. Don’t judge the whole country by the stupidity of the government. Half of us didn’t vote for him, K? Thaaaanks. *eye roll*

            • boom says:

but it’s not failblog. does that mean it’s ok?
              stereotypes are a great timesaver.

            • Lethal Larry says:

Nah. I’m not judging the country based upon the government.

I am, however, basing my judgment on the available evidence – i.e., not only did the americans elect a moron once – but, my god, even after they saw what an imbecile he is, they did it AGAIN.

The first time could have been chalked up to a mistake, but re-electing the same retard when they’re already provided with ample evidence of just how awful a leader he is – now THAT is clear and decisive proof of my claims.

I mean, what was the thought process behind that election decision?
“Well, yeah, he pissed off the whole world and is as dumb as a sack of crap…. but maybe he’ll get real smart the second time around! That first four years of misleadership and governmental blundering clearly must have just been a bad run, absolutely not indicative of his real character and intellect. Besides, he can only do better this time around, right? …..right???? …. duhh……”

              • fillerbunny says:

Again, though, that was only (a little less than) half of those who actually vote… Now, our reality shows, game shows, FOX News, eating and driving habits/choices… There’s some REAL moronitude.

              • asturias says:

I didn’t vote for the idiot. Sigh.

              • asturias says:

I didn’t vote for the idiot. Sigh. He has to be the most embarrassing
president. Thats right, chest bumping does not make him “cool” it
just verifies that he has a complete lack of class.

              • alyssa says:

hmm…yes Bush is a moron but think about this, how did he overall handle the situation of 9-11? he handle it way better than a lot of other past presidents would have and better than I bet Barack or McCain would. The only thing Bush did wrong is our current situation, he was not a horribloe president his first term, he was amazing considering the pressure he was under, he wasnt even president a full year when America was attcked on its own soil in a very long time so before you act like a dumbass remember what he did to our country in a time of panic

  8. Swiftest says:

Fail by the Failblog for misidentifying the branch of the Armed Forces.

AND it was all over the news, so there really is no excuse.

    (It’s still really funny, though)

  9. Mao says:

What possessed him to do that?

    Why, just why?

  10. ROMAD says:

Do you seriously want to put down Air Force grads?

    • bittervoter says:

Um, ROMAD, this is an equal opportunity make-funner page. No one is above some jovial mockery, not even the armed forces (for the record I have a friend who’s a Marine, so liberal though I may be, I’m not without any respect for soldiers).

    • brinnann says:

ROMAD, I should think that those Air Force grads – as well as the Navy which is referenced by the caption – would have enough sense of humor to appreciate the idiocy of the statement and suggestion of failure.

      • brinnann says:

BTW, my brother was in the Marines and my fiance was in the Navy, and I can attest to the fact that guys in both branches – and likely the others as well – can be huge smartasses.

    • Lethal Larry says:

      Yes. YES I DO.
Frickin’ country of warmongering religious zealots. Insulting your military’s like sacrilege to you people.

YES, I most certainly DO wish to mock your air force grads, your marines, your navy, army, reserves, and the rest of the brainwashed fools who serve your bloodthirsty warmonger of a “leader”.

      Nothing personal.

      • Bushi357 says:

Actually, many of us were serving before the shrub was the Prez. And we most
assuredly do NOT serve HIM, of all people. When you swear an oath, you finish
the service, even if the boss is stupid and can’t say ‘Nuclear’. A man that is not as good as his word is no good at all. But the caption is still funny anyway. Even if it is flyboys.
What have you done for YOUR country, Larry?

  11. jackie says:

    That was actually…pretty hot. :U

  12. David says:

    1) That’s not Navy. That’s a AFA graduation ceremony….
    2) Navy isn’t gay.
    3) You can’t believe what Obama says – he’s starting to waffle. I first noticed it when he was saying “Iran isn’t a problem, we don’t have to worry about them,” then he went to the AIPAC conference and said “Iran is a problem and we need to put political pressure on them and let them know we are willing to go to war over the issue to protect Israel. He’s carefully choosing his words and saying different things to different people. That, and he needs a speech written for him to say the right thing, whereas with McCain he does better without one. You could do this with McCain, you’d just have to do it lightly.
    4) Maybe, for once, people could realize they don’t know everything that’s going on that the government has to deal with? Maybe, just maybe, that explains the militaristic policy that Bush has?
Maybe this is Bush’s way of trying to diffuse his stress by giving it to other people via contact! (The man’s aged like twenty years in the course of eight… have you looked at before-after pictures? That stress at least shows he’s trying.)

  13. MH says:

“4) Maybe, for once, people could realize they don’t know everything that’s going on that the government has to deal with? Maybe, just maybe, that explains the militaristic policy that Bush has?”

THANK YOU. I have been saying that for years!!!!

  14. Kinglink says:

Excellent picture, excellent potential. Turned into yet another bush bash. Seriously, if you couldn’t make this funny, you weren’t trying.

  15. The Crapture says:

wouldn’t surprise me if this caption was not made by a Marine (who else would miss a chance to tweak both the Navy and the Air Force in one shot) …ex-Marine former co-worker of mine at an old electronics job used to like to bust on the ex-Navy guys in QC and the Air Force guys in the engineering lab on about the same level.

His favorite joke went a little something like this:

“Three old men sitting together on an airline flight, each recognizes the other as a retired servicemen but says nothing for a while until the one on the aisle reaches to the other two to shake their hands and says his name followed by ‘Brigadier General, Air Force, retired, married, two sons, both lawyers’ and they continue on in silence until the man at the window seat reaches out to shake hands with the other two and follows with ‘Maj. General, Army, retired, married, two sons, both doctors” a half hour passes, until the oldest one in the middle smirks at the other two and says his name and finishes with ‘Seargeant Major, Marine Corps, retired, never married, two sons, both Generals”

  16. The Crapture says:

and BTW, Great Job W did during his NG stint, keeping the shores of TX safe from the VC hordes and protecting his party pals from all that excess blow floating about, too.

  17. Tim says:

Wasn’t the Navy, that was the Air Force… but still… pretty gay.

  18. Hank says:

I’m pretty sure that’s the Air Force. You can tell because of the Air Force pictures in the background.

  19. Alix says:

I never understand to reason that people thought it was necessary to insult our leader.
I support GWB very much. He may not be ’smart enough’ for you guys, but I suppose that is the general opinion. And I do believe that if news programs were almost completely liberal-based, that some of the lies about our president wouldn’t have ever be heard. A lot of you don’t know much about what you’re talking about, considering that you are influenced by a very Liberal media.

As for this being gay — Well, you know what? I’m glad we had a president who can relate to people and not be stuffy after second of his life. Just because you are a political person, it does NOT mean you have to be stuck-up and stand offish every second of your political career.

    • Ceefax says:

Ah, the ‘liberal media’ myth rears its head again. Will the handful of Bush groupies who still blindly support him ahead of their country please get over their perpetual whining victim complex and persistent cry of “Someone made a joke about the presidunt! Help! Help! I’m being oppressed!

  20. durr says:

i don’t like waffles. or pancakes. there–i said it!
i’m free, free at last from the breakfast tyranny!

  21. sunny beach says:

I’d rather chest bump Cheney in hopes of giving him a heart attack.

  22. Timba says:

…that might be funny if that wasn’t a Zoomie graduation.

The Air Force IS gay. So that’s alright.

  23. Amy says:

Umm, it’s the AIR FORCE, clown. Nice try, though.

And NO, Timba, the Air Force is NOT gay.

  24. John says:

Thats the USAFA Graduation Ceremony… Idiot.

  25. Carlo Jameson says:

Thats an Air Force Academy Graduation picture.
    Dumbass!
