It is indeed the Swedish police… kicking protesters ass and also fucking up completely in Gothenburg 2001. I was there.
Those dogs are lethal. They go completely crazy in a crowd that big and there is a film on you tube where you can see two dogs starting on each other and the two cops holding them start beating the dogs up to keep them from killing each other. I think it’s the same dogs and cops as in this picture. This photo is a still picture from the film.

this is most likely the swedish police giving peace and love to a group of protesters at the 2001 EU summit in Gothenburg (aka Gothenburg Riots). well, the dog had a different agenda it seems.
