   I believe bill was accused of smoking dope and he claims not to have inhaled. But not being american I didnt get much coverage of it.

   i am an expert . see the actual thing is bill used to do that when he was young. and chelsea tried to do that. it seems that bill and chelsea had many talks and discussions regarding this . and they both agreed that it’s dangerous. thus they both quit. and thus explaining same to the public they feel comfortable towards each other.
