    I love how they provide a link to the news story describing what she’s wearing and why people are in an uproar. Some people can be so silly at times. A kaffiyeh/shemagh is commonly used as a fashion accessory in many metropolitan areas.

    That, and it’s just a handy piece of cloth to have around. I keep one in my car to use against the rain, sun, wind, or to wipe my hands off if I have to do some emergency work.

    Grow up, less than cultured people…

    That’s an Army Ranger, not a Reservist. The politician ones are great but our Servicemen and Women shouldn’t be poked at like this even if it’s sarcasm towards D.C goons

      That’s not a Ranger, douche.

      The patch looks like third herd (173 Abn) and there’s no sign of a Ranger Tab above the Airborne Tab.
      As for poking fun, you think those guys don’t have a sense of humor? You should try and find one.

    a well trained soldier can carry 70-80kg on him assuming that its gt a harrness based support rig, that means webbibg and a hip belt and shoulder strap, ad if its done right it actually feels really light
