God, I love this. Especially since the 12% is taken from a poll of reasons people cited for disliking Obama the most out of all the candidates.
Sorry, wrong poll. Either way, in a different poll, 12% listed “he’s Muslim” as why they would never vote for Obama.

huh? 1)How does this in any way make you think that people are considering voting for a Muslim, since there is not a Muslim in the race 2) Why not vote for a Muslim (or a Hindu, mormon, Catholic, atheist etc etc etc) as long as they are a good candidate. And also, why does it matter what religion a candidate is unless they try to push their religion on this diverse country (*cough* bush *cough*)
Very true. Unfortunately, people are morons. There are also a lot of people who don’t realize that “Hussein” is the equivalent of “Smith” in many parts of the world. I even went to a Dr. Hussain. She turned out to be a complete idiot, but that’s beside the point!
